Diese umfasst die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 und 8 bis 9. Zunachst werden die Grundlagenermittlung (Leistungsphase 1), die Vorplanung (Leistungsphase 2) und die Entwurfsplanung (Leistungsphase 3) beauftragt. Fur die Beauftragung weiterer Leistungsphasen besteht kein Rechtsanspruch. Der Auftragnehmer kann aus der stufenweisen Beauftragung keine weitergehenden Vergutungsanspruche oder Schadensersatzanspruche ableiten.Fur die umzusetzende Massnahme liegt fur die Zweifachsporthalle und die Schulmensa ein Raumprogramm vor. Die Barrierefreiheit muss sowohl in der Zweifachsporthalle, als auch in der Schulmensa hergestellt werden.Die Neubauten mussen im Passivhausstandard errichtet werden.Awards
