Ausnahmen sind die Fachlose mit der Losnummer 003 (WNK 01, 02, 10 und 11), 023 (WNK 01), 047, 048, 060, 061, 067, 070 (WNK 06 bis 08), 114, 120, 130, 140, 141, 146, 151, 186, 267 und 268 in denen jeweils ausschliesslich nicht-verschreibungspflichtige, apothekenpflichtige Arzneimittel angeboten werden durfen. Pro Fachlos wird eine Rabattvereinbarung mit maximal einem, 2 oder 3 pharmazeutischen Unternehmern (Bieter oder Bietergemeinschaft) geschlossen (zur Hochstzahl siehe II.2.4 des jeweiligen Fachloses).Awards
