Das Schulgebaude stammt aus den 1970er Jahren. Das Schulzentrum an der Rankestrasse muss im Hinblick auf den baulichen Brandschutz saniert werden. Neben den Sanierungsmassnahmen, die den Brandschutz betreffen, weist das Gebaude eine Reihe anderer, durch das Gebaudealter bzw. durch gestiegene Anforderungen entstandene Defizite auf. Insbesondere befinden sich die Fassaden mit Ausnahme der Fenster- und Turanlagen, die 2012 vollstandig erneuert wurden, noch immer weitgehend im Originalzustand der Planungs- und Erbauungszeit 1974-1976.Awards
