Dabei soll das Ultrakurzpulslasersystem ein breites Anwendungsfeld abdecken. Der Ultrakurzpulslaser muss daher eine hohe mittlere Leistung, eine einstellbare Pulsdauer und ebenfalls eine einstellbare Pulsrepetitionsrate besitzen. Ferner soll der Ultrakurzpulslaser uber eine Grundwellenlange im infraroten Bereich verfugen. Um ein breites Feld an Materialien effektiv zu bearbeiten und zu modifizieren muss das Lasersystem zusatzlich uber ein Frequenzverdopplungsmodul verfugen. Die Ablenkung des Laserstrahls soll uber einen Laserscanner mit einer Apertur von rund 14 mm und einer Brennweite von f = 160 mm realisiert werden. Das Lasersystem muss sich ferner in ein Mikrobearbeitungszentrum vom Typ GU4 mit 5-Achskonfiguration integrieren lassen.Awards
