Das ehemalige Kurmittelhaus ist als zentraler Anlaufpunkt fur Touristen herzurichten mit Schwerpunkt Innengestaltung der Empfangshalle. Die im Eigentum der Gemeinde befindliche Kurklinik erfordert Investitionen in die Gebaudehulle, die Patientenzimmer und die offentlichen Bereiche. Vergeben werden hierfur die Leistungen der Gebaude- und Innenraumplanung gemass SSSS 33 ff. HOAI und der erforderlichen Fachplanungen gemass SSSS 53 ff. HOAI.Awards
