Die Angebote in Gebardensprache haben ebenso wie die Ubersetzungen in besonders leicht verstandliche Sprache stark zugenommen. Diese sehr positive Entwicklung soll sich nicht auf die Krisenzeit beschranken, sondern daruber hinaus fortgesetzt werden.Diese Entwicklung wird durch die Arbeitsgruppe zur barrierefreien Kommunikation der Staatsregierung voran getrieben. Sie hat sich insbesondere zum Ziel gesetzt, die Ressorts beim Ausbau und der Optimierung ihrer Angebote in Gebardensprache und besonders leicht verstandlicher Sprache zu unterstutzen und Synergieeffekte herbei zu fuhren.Zur Erreichung dieses Ziels sollen daher u.a. Rahmenvertrage abgeschlossen werden, in die alle Ressorts einschliesslich der ihnen nachgeordneten Bereiche einbezogen sind. Vorgesehen ist zunachst ein Rahmenvertrag, mit dem die Erstellung von Videos in Deutscher Gebardensprache (reine Gebardensprach-Videos) und die nachtragliche Ubersetzung bestehender Videos in Gebardensprache (mit Einblendung der dolmetschenden Person) vergeben werden konnen. Die Vorhabensbeschreibung im Einzelnen ergibt sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung.Awards
