Gesucht werden sieben Rahmenvertragspartner fur das Los 1 (Architektur) und jeweils 5 Rahmenvertragspartner fur die Lose 2 - 4 (technische Gebaudeausrustung - ELT (Los 2), technische Gebaudeausrustung - HLS (Los 3) und Tragwerksplanung (Los 4). Der Rahmenvertrag soll fur eine Laufzeit bis zum 31.12.2020 geschlossen werden, mit der Option zur Verlangerung bis zum 30.6.2022. Die Stadt Hamm behalt sich bei Bedarf vor, Projekte anzupassen oder auszutauschen, sowie vergleichbare zusatzliche -bisher noch nicht konkretisierte- Projekte bis zu einem Gesamtvolumen von max. 20 % aus dem Rahmenvertrag abzurufen. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf Beauftragung. Die Schulbauten sind Bestandteil der Forderprogramme ,,KInvFG, Kapitel 2" und ,,Gute Schule 2020" sowie unter anderem des kommunalen Haushaltsplans. Das Jugendzentrum ist Bestandteil des Forderprogramms ,,Stadtumbau West - Perspektive 2030 Innenstadt Hamm"Awards
