Die Massnahmen werden bei laufendem Betrieb durchgefuhrt. Den umfassenden Sanierungs- und Umbauarbeiten wird die Schadstoffsanierung einzelner Baubereiche vorangestellt. Die anzubietenden Leistungen umfassen die Schadstoffsanierung und Vorentkernung des Dachgeschosses und des Bauteils Nordkopf Ost KG bis DG, den Abbruch einer Luftungszentrale im KG, kleinere Leistungen zur PAK-Sanierung im KG und die Entkernung eines Sanitartrakts im Ostflugel. Zur Leistung gehoren das Herstellung von Transportoffnungen fur die nachfolgende Beraumung des Abbruchmaterials (Maurerarbeit) und die Besondere Baustelleneinrichtung (Material- und Personenschleusen, Abschottungen, Raumluftfilteranlagen, Industriestaubsauger, PSA etc.). Ein Schwarz-Weiss-Container mit Sanitareinrichtungen wird vom AG gestellt. Zu beraumende Schadstoffe sind HSM, PAK, KMF, phenolhaltige Bauteile und Asbest (schwach gebunden).Awards
