Das Werkstuck ist eine einteilige Bodengruppe von der Stirnwand bis zum Fersenblech und quer von Schwellerinnenseite zu Schwellerinnenseite. Zur Aufnahme eines Batteriepackets wird der Mitteltunnel im Querschnitt vergrossert und erstreckt sich in vollem Querschnitt uber die Lange der Bodengruppe. Das Werkzeug muss die komplette Geometrie ausformen.Die zu verarbeitenden Materialien sind kohlenstofffaserverstarkte Thermoplasten, deren Verstarkung Fasergewebe sind. Das Material wird im Prozess nicht tiefgezogen muss aber durch das Werkzeug verdichtet werden. Der Verarbeitungsprozess erfordert die Aufheizung und Abkuhlung des Werkzeugs zwischen 80 - 300 degC pro Arbeitszyklus. Zur Temperierung muss im Werkzeug ein geeignetes System von Heizelementen vorgesehen werden, das eine schnelle Warmeubertragung bei geringem Verlust gewahrleistet.Awards
