Aufgrund eines erhohten Fremdwasseranteils wurde ein Sanierungskonzept uber 15 Jahre entwickelt, mit Sanierungskosten in Hohe von ca. 6 262 338 EUR brutto inkl. Nebenkosten. Drei Sanierungsabschnitte sind bereits erfasst, die aufgrund der vorhandenen Schaden eine sehr hohe Prioritat besitzen. Dabei handelt es sich um grosse Teile von Mittbach und Pemmering sowie Teile des Ortskernbereichs von Isen. Das erste Massnahmenpaket ist mit einem Sanierungsaufwand von 258 200 EUR netto, das zweite mit 210 690 EUR netto und das dritte (ab 2019) mit 302 800,10 EUR netto veranschlagt. Im Zuge der abschnittsweisen Sanierungsmassnahmen nach Strassenzugen ist angedacht, auch die privaten Grundstucksentwasserungsanlagen, d. h. der private Hausanschlusskanal ab dem Kontrollschacht mit untersuchen zu lassen.Awards
