Mit der Ausrufung des Klimanotstands hat der Rat am 09.07.19 die ambitionierten Klimaziele unterstrichen. Er hat der Eindammung des Klimawandels hohe Prioritat zugewiesen und beschlossen, dass er zukunftig "bei allen Entscheidungen grundsatzlich zu beachten" sei.
