Neustrukturierung der Gottfried-Neukam-Mittelschule in Kronach vorgesehen.Die Gebaude der Gottfried-Neukam-Mittelschule in Kronach sind Teil des Schulzentrums Kronach.Die Anlage wurde im Jahr 1975/1976 errichtet. Seit der Errichtung wurden keinerlei massgebenden Renovierungen oder Sanierungsmassnahmen durchgefuhrt, so dass mittlerweile umfangreiche Massnahmen zur Bauwerkserhaltung notwendig werden. Auf Basis einer Machbarkeitsstudie wird davon ausgegangen, Missstande aus dem Bestand durch Umstrukturierung im Bestand bzw. Erweiterungsbauten zu losen.Derzeitig wird von Baukosten (KG 300+400, DIN 276) in Hohe von ca. 9,0 Mio. EUR brutto ausgegangen.Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen (stufenweise) zu beauftragen:Objektplanung Gebaude und Innenraume, Leistungsphasen 2 (teilweise), 3 bis 9 gemass SSSS 33 ff.
