Es stellt die Grundlage fur die Massnahmenumsetzung dar. Das Stadtumbaugebiet umfasst eine Grosswohnsiedlung aus den 1960er und 1970er Jahren sowie das Stadtteilzentrum an der Greifswalder Strasse. Zudem schliesst es das Wohnungsneubauvorhaben an der Michelangelostrasse ein (s. II.2.14). Das Gebiet wird im Osten von der Kniprodestrasse, der Gurtelstrasse (nordlich), Greifswalder Strasse (westlich) sowie der sudlich angrenzende S-Bahntrasse begrenzt.Awards
