Die Bestandsgebaude sind zwischen 20 und 50 Jahre alt und haben teils erheblichen Sanierungsstau (Brandschutz, Barrierefreiheit, bauliche und technische Mangel). Daruber hinaus soll mit Blick auf weiteren Flachenbedarf sowie neuen Schulkonzepten ein Erweiterungsbau auf dem Grundstuck erstellt werden. Nach aktueller Einschatzung liegt das Projektvolumen fur die Massnahmen bei ca. 25 000 000 EUR netto. Dabei soll ein Neubauvolumen von ca. 27 000 m3 entstehen und ein Bestandsflache von ca. 7 200 m2 BGF saniert werden. Hierfur werden die entsprechenden Tragwerksplanungsleistungen im zweistufigen Verhandlungsverfahren ausgeschrieben: Stufe 1: Praqualifikationsverfahren mit Auswahl 3-5 Bewerber; Stufe 2: Verhandlungsverfahren mit Bieterprasentation mit den erfolgreichen Bewerbern aus Stufe 1.Awards
