Auf insgesamt ca. 2 000 m2 NUF sollen u. a. eine Kinderkrippe und Sprach-KiTa (ca. 700 m2 NUF), eine Kindererlebniswelt (ca. 400 m2 NUF), ein Integrationszentrum mit Sprachkursen inkl. Buros fur ein Familienzentrum (ca. 200 m2) sowie (Tagungs-)Raume fur externe Nutzer (ca. 400 m2 NUF) untergebracht werden. Anderungen des Bausolls bleiben vorbehalten.Es kommen Fordermittel des Landes Hessen (Zuwendungsbescheid liegt vor) und ggfs. weitere Fordermittel zum Einsatz. Zur Beantragung der Fordermittel wurde in einem vorgelagerten Schritt bereits eine Konzeptplanung in Form einer Machbarkeitsstudie durch ein Planungsburo erstellt, auf deren Grundlage nunmehr die Planungsleistungen in 4 Losen ausgeschrieben werden.Termine: Einreichung EW Bau beim Zuwendungsgeber = 2.20;Baubeginn: 10.20;Fertigstellung 5.22.Awards
