Der Auftraggeber (AG) behalt sich die Option einer Verlangerung um weitere 42 Monate vor. Auf der Klaranlage Dortmund Deusen (720.000 EW - Ausbaugrosse) wird kommunaler Klarschlamm (Primar - und Sekundarschlamm) ausgefault. Dieser ausgefaulte Mischschlamm wird derzeit mit Eisensalzlosung und Polymeren konditioniert und in drei Membranfilterpressen entwassert. Der Jahresdurchsatz betragt ca. 200 tsd. m3 Nassschlamm. Das pulverformige Konditionierungsmittel wird in Big-Bags angeliefert und vor der Verwendung im Eigenen Mischbehalter angesetzt.Die Konditionierung wird gegebenenfalls wahrend der Vertragslaufzeit auf die ausschliessliche Nutzung von den zu liefernden Polymeren umgestellt (auf die Eisensalzlosung wird dann verzichtet). Falls dies der Fall ist mehren sich die Abnahmemengen der Polymere entsprechend.Das angebotene pulverformige Polymer muss die in dieser Ausschreibung angegebenen Kriterien erfullen. Es muss ein Entwasserungsergebnis >31 % TR auf den Membranfilterpressen erreicht werden.Awards
