Schwerpunkte sind dabei die energetische Sanierung, die Fassadengestaltung, die Ausbildung der Besucherzonen, eine Neugestaltung der Burolandschaft sowie die Herstellung von Barrierefreiheit. Die Belange des nachhaltigen Bauens erfahren besondere Berucksichtigung. Im Rahmen der beabsichtigten energetischen Sanierung des Rathauses Arnsberg sollen die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 fur die Fachplanung zum Leistungsbild Tragwerksplanung gemass Teil 4 Abschnitt 1 der HOAI stufenweise vergeben werden. Die Objektplanungsleistungen zu den Leistungsbildern Gebaude und Freianlagen sowie die Fachplanungsleistungen zum Leistungsbild Technische Gebaudeausrustung wurden bereits im Dezember 2017 beauftragt.Awards
