Der Neubau umfasst rd. 2 300 m2 BGF und soll in 2 Bauabschnitten realisiert werden. Er beinhaltet die Funktionen (i) Mensa/Verpflegung Sonnentauschule, (ii) Nachmittagsbetreuung der Sonnentauschule, (iii) Familienverein Tausendfussler e.V., (iv) U3-Betreuung bestehend aus 3 Gruppen a 12 Kindern und, (v) weitere Vereinsraume. Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind die Leistungen der Fachplanung-Tragwerksplanung i.S.V. SS49 HOAI Lph 1-6 (Los 1). Der Auftrag wird stufenweise vergeben siehe II.2.4. Die vorlaufigen anrechenbaren Kosten betragen gemass SS52 HOAI ca. 1 600 000 EU (netto).Awards
