Der Neubau mit einer rechteckigen Kubatur umfasst eine zweigeschossige Sporthalle und einem 6-geschossigen Verwaltungsriegel, in massiver Bauweise, sowie einen aufgesetzten 4-geschossigen ,,Lernwurfel" mit einem Stahlbeton- Fachwerk und einer vorgehangten PR- Fassade. Der Wurfel besteht im Rohbau aus aussteifenden Stb-Decken und einem Stb- Fachwerk. Die Decke der Mehrzweckhalle ist in vorgespannten Trogdeckenplatten geplant. Die BGF des Gebaudes betragt ca. 1 065 m2. Die Baustelle ist uber die Strasse Oberaltenallee unabhangig vom Schulbetrieb anfahrbar.Awards
