Die postalischen Sendungen enthalten zudem ein personliches Anschreiben (Absender: Vorstande der jeweiligen Kassenarztlichen Vereinigung des Bundeslandes) sowie ggf. weitere Infoblatter/Beilagen (kann von Ausgabe zu Ausgabe variieren).Ab 2019 ist es geplant, die Frequenz des Magazins auf vier Ausgaben pro Jahr zu erhohen.
