Realschule in Kemnath. Im Zuge des Schulneubaus mochte die Stadt Kemnath das Areal im Bereich des Schulstandortes stadtebaulich neu ordnen und entwickeln. Das Wettbewerbsgebiet lasst sich in drei Bereiche gliedern: -- Schulzentrum mit dem Standort der neuen Realschule, der neuen Turnhalle und den bestehenden Einrichtungen Hallenbad, Mehrzweckhalle und den vorhandenen Parkplatzen, -- Sport- und Freizeitzentrum mit der bestehenden Schulsportanlage, dem BHKW und einem zu planenden zusatzlichen Fussballplatz und einem neuen Aufwarm- und Funktionsgebaude, -- Wohngebiet angrenzend an das bereits in Planung befindliche Baugebiet ,,An der Berndorfer Strasse". Gegenstand des Wettbewerbs ist die stadtebauliche Neuordnung des gesamten Bereichs als stadtebaulicher Realisierungs- und Ideenteil, sowie der Neubau der Realschule einschliesslich der zugehorigen Freianlagen als Realisierungsteil.Awards
