Ein Teil des ca. 30 ha grossen Areals wird derzeit noch als Fluchtlingsunterkunft genutzt und ist von der beabsichtigten Baumassnahme nicht betroffen. Ruckgebaut werden die Abschnitte II, III und IV. Die Leistungen umfassen den Ruckbau von 1 bis 3 geschossigen Gebauden, Werkhallen und Betriebseinrichtungen. Insgesamt sind ca. 180 000 m3 umbauter Raum zuruckzubauen. Infrastruktureinrichtungen wie Wasser/ Abwasser, Strom- und Telefonleitungen verbleiben weitestgehend im Untergrund bzw. werden verdammt. Es wird damit gerechnet, dass untergeordnet auch Bodenverunreinigungen auftreten werden, die im Zuge der Freimachung ebenfalls zu entfernen sind. Es soll moglichst viel Material vor Ort aufbereitet werden.Awards
