Es verfugt uber UG, EG und 1.OG-3.OG. Die Fassade besteht aus verputzten Betonelementen und Natursteinplatten im Brustungsbereich, die Fenster sind in Holzbauweise mit Zweifach-und teilw. Einfachverglasung und Rollladen ausgefuhrt. Die VBL beabsichtigt, Leistungen der Technischen Ausrustung, Anlagengruppen 4+5+7 fur die Sanierung des Gebaudes zu vergeben. Im UG wird eine neue Technikzentrale mit Netzersatzaggregat und Luftungszentrale vorgesehen. Die allgemeine Stromversorgung inkl. neuer Gebaudehauptverteilung ist in jede Ebene bis zu den Unterverteilern zu planen. Eine neue Grundbeleuchtung im Haus soll realisiert werden. Die Demontage und Erneuerung der EDV-Leitungen, der Einbau einer Brandmeldeuberwachung und Notrufanlagen inkl. EMA in jedem Raum sind vorgesehen. Es wird ein LAN-Raum errichtet sowie ein Raum fur die vertikale Verteilung je Geschoss.Awards
