Hohere Ubertragungsgeschwindigkeiten sind willkommen.Es mussen feste IP Adressen und symmetrische Anschlusse fur Firmen vom Provider bei Bedarf zur Verfugung gestellt werden konnen; ebenso die Bereitstellung von VPN Tunneln. Es ist zu begrussen, wenn das aufzubauende System auf Bandbreiten bis zu 100 MBit/s erweiterbar ist (Zukunftssicherheit). An die handelsubliche Preisgestaltung der Breitbandtarife ist sich zu halten.Leerrohre im Ortsbereich stehen derzeit seitens der Stadt nicht zur Verfugung.Die bezuschusste Infrastruktur bzw. das mit ihr einhergehende Dienstleistungsangebot muss mindestens innerhalb eines Zeitraums von 7 Jahren aufrechterhalten werdenDas Angebot muss auch die Investitionen zur Herstellung des offenen Zugangs auf Vorleistungsebene (Technische Herstellung der Anbieter- und Nutzerneutralitat) umfassen.Es ist sicherzustellen, dass es bei einem Anschluss von Kunden zu keiner Verringerung der Bandbreite oder einem Verlust an Qualitat kommen kann. Der Preis pro Anschluss darf sich durch zusatzliche Anschlusse nicht erhohen.Awards
