Los 2: Die Anbindung an die vorhandenen Systeme ist in allen Einzelheiten Bestandteil des Auftrags. Dazu muss das zu liefernde System in die vorhandenen Strukturen vollstandig integriert werden. Dies betrifft vor allem die Schnittstellen zur Ubermittlung von Patientendaten und die Patientenstatus-Kommunikation, aber auch im Falle der Erstellung von Befunden, Annotations, Messungen etc. deren korrekte Ubermittlung in das PACS. Dabei wird ein extrem hoher Wert auf die Datenintegritat innerhalb des Gesamtsystems gelegt. Alle Schnittstellen zu RIS und PACS sind deshalb im DICOM-Standard auszufuhren (s.a. Abschnitt 4 Seite 27). Die neue Modalitat und die zugehorigen Systeme mussen zusammen mit dem bestehenden KIS/RIS/PACS eine hochgradig integrierte Arbeitsweise ermoglichen. Der Workflow entspricht hierbei zunachst den Vorgaben des IHE-Frameworks fur radiologische Einrichtungen (s.a. Abschnitt 4.1 ab Seite 27). Alle zur betriebsbereiten Ubergabe der Schnittstellen erforderlichen Massnahmen wie Projektmanagement, Erfassung von Daten und Organisationsablaufen, Festlegung neuer Ablaufe und Anpassung vorhandener Schnittstellen sind im Angebot zu berucksichtigen. Eventuell notwendige Abstimmungen zwischen KIS/RIS/PACS- und den Modalitaten-Lieferanten zur Realisierung der Schnittstellen sind ebenfalls im Leistungsbild des Bieters enthalten. Genauere Auskunfte zu den vorhandenen Systemen und Schnittstellen konnen durch die PACS-Gruppe des Klinikum Augsburg erteilt werden.Awards
