V. beabsichtigt die Modernisierung des Schullandheims in Weissenstadt in zwei Bauabschnitten. Der erste Bauabschnitt sieht einen Neubau/Anbau eines Bettenhauses mit ca. 60 Schulerbetten (4-Bettzimmer) und 8 Lehrerbetten (1-Bettzimmer) als zwei Klassenhaus vor, welches flacheneffizient gestaltet und mit einem ubergeordneten Energie- und Versorgungskonzept an den Bestand funktional angebunden werden soll. Der zweite Bauabschnitt umfasst die energetische Generalsanierung des Bestandsgebaudes mit Erneuerung der Haustechnik, einer Grundrissoptimierung der Zimmer, Speisesaalflachen und Seminarraumen sowie einer Neuverortung der bestehenden Heimleiterwohnung. Um den laufenden Betrieb aufrechterhalten zu konnen soll die Neubaumassnahme zeitlich vorgezogen werden und nach deren Fertigstellung die Sanierung des Bestands erfolgen.Awards
