Sowohl die Bauwerke wie auch die Technik stammen noch aus dieser Zeit. Aus diesem Grund soll die Klaranlage grundlegend saniert werden.Die Gemeinde Seubersdorf kann sich vorstellen, sowohl eine Sanierung als auch einen Neubau umzusetzen. Daher sollen nach dem Teilnahmewettbewerb 3-4 Buros aufgefordert werden innerhalb der Verhandlungsgesprache Planungskonzepte vorzustellen, welche einen langfristigen wirtschaftlichen Betrieb zulassen.Insbesondere sollen im Verhandlungsverfahren folgende Teilleistungen der HOAI abgefragt werden:Klaren der Aufgabenstellung; Analyse der Grundlagen; Untersuchung von Losungsmoglichkeiten mit Ihren Einflussen auf bauliche und konstruktive Gestaltung, Zweckmassigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit unter Beachtung der Umweltvertraglichkeit; Klaren und Erlautern der wesentlichen fachspezifischen Zusammenhange, Vorgange und Bedingungen; Kostenschatzung; Zusammenstellen aller Vorplanungsergebnisse.Die ausgewahlten Teilnehmer erhalten (als Aufwandsentschadigung) ein Pauschalhonorar von 10 000,- EUR netto.Awards
