Der sogenannte 2. Bauabschnitt besteht aus drei Teilabschnitten. Davon sind der 1. und 2. Teilabschnitt jetzt baulich umzusetzen. Die beiden Teilabschnitte umfassen ca. 11 ha. Die Teilabschnitte werden im Vorfeld durch umfangreichen Bodenabtrag vorbereitet. Auf den beiden Teilflachen soll eine Logistikhalle (25 000 m2) und eine Fahrhalle (5 000 m2) entstehen. Die Aussenbereiche werden mit Betonsteinpflaster belegt. Die Lose A1, A2, B1, B2, C und D sind Bestandteil dieser Bekanntmachung und befassen sich im Wesentlichen mit der Werkplanung und Baudurchfuhrung der Hallenbauten zur Nutzung als spateres Forstprodukteterminal.Awards
