Dem Auftragnehmer obliegt hierbei die integrative Durchfuhrung der Massnahme, d. h. die Vereinbarkeit zwischen der geringfugigen Beschaftigung des erwerbsfahigen Leistungsberechtigten sowie der Massnahme zur Aktivierung und beruflichen Eingliederung des einzelnen erwerbsfahigen Leistungsberechtigten muss durch den Auftragnehmer gewahrleistet werden.Awards
