Lot 2 - Binary Pump UHPLC Instruments.The Client requires the supply, installation, commissioning and a 3-year maintenance service for two binary pump ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) instruments. The instruments of interest will be used principally for the separation of carbohydrates and glycopeptides and carry additional functionality as the upstream separation point for LC-MS.Lot 3 - Quarternary Pump UHPLC Instruments.The Client requires the supply, installation, commissioning and a 3-year maintenance service for four quaternary pump UHPLC instruments. The instruments of interest will be used for advanced method development for improving the chromatographic method for carbohydrate and glycopeptide analysis.Lot 4 - Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer.The client requires the supply, installation, commissioning and a 3-year maintenance service for a Quadrupole Time of Flight mass spectrometer for the analysis of proteins, peptides, glycopeptides and glycans.
