This event is being considered for EU part-financing. Transport requirements are envisaged to be required between 16.3.2017 and 18.3.2017 and estimated as per details contained in the Financial Bid Form and the Technical Specifications. Transport requirements can range from the provision of chauffeur driven executive cars, chauffeur driven coaches, the provision of mini buses, the provision of a tail lift van as and when required and the provision of taxis. The transport requirements are required for different times of the day on a needs basis. The estimated transport requirements detailed in Financial Bid Form and the Technical Specifications are merely an estimate to be used during the quotation adjudication period when calculating the global sum of this call for quotations based on the quoted unit prices and multiplied by the envisaged trips required according to the envisaged number of delegates and the transport zones. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the envisaged transport plan depending on delegate requirements and depending on other possible exigencies outside the Contracting Authority's control.Awards
