Tezamen vormt dit het nieuwe MFC Dodewaard. In het MFC komen twee basisscholen, kinderopvang, een bibliotheek en diverse ontmoetingsruimtes en voorzieningen voor allerlei verenigingen waaronder de voetbalvereniging. Ook is er plek voor zorg en welzijn en een fysiotherapiepraktijk. De onderwijsruimten voldoen aan de Frisse Scholen klasse gemiddeld B. De nieuwbouw voldoet aan ENG. Het terrein is geen onderdeel van de opdracht. Na gunning start de ontwerpteamfase. Deze fase (TO) betreft het vertalen van de DO stukken naar een bestek, waarbij de ontwerpwerkzaamheden bij de adviseurs in opdracht van de gemeente Neder Betuwe ligt. Het project betreft de renovatie van bestaande Verenigingshal de Eng (circa 1.200 m2 bvo), waaraan circa 3.300 m2 bvo aan nieuwbouwfuncties gerealiseerd worden.
