SIVON is in deze contractpartij. Er zullen 3 percelen binnen deze aanbesteding uit worden gezet.SIVON behoudt zich het recht voor om te varieren tussen de beoogde perceelaantallen om zodoende minimaal de beoogde totaal aantal devices (8000 stuks) te behalen. In de aanbesteding zal ook sprake zijn van een optie ex art 2.163c AW tot grotere volumes ter waarde van 0-25 % van de geprognotiseerde opdrachtwaarde indien de uitvraag bij schoolbesturen daartoe aanleiding geeft. Er geldt geen afnamegarantie. De Opdrachtwaarde wordt begroot op 2 479 000 EUR exclusief btw exclusief in te roepen optie. Gelet op het verzoek vanuit Ministerie van OCW wordt deze procedure versneld gevoerd conform artikel 2.74 van de Aanbestedingswet. Beoogd wordt de onderwijsachterstanden die opgelopen zijn in den lande zo snel mogelijk te beperken.Awards
