In overeenstemming met artikel 2.82 Aw, is deelname aan deze aanbestedingsprocedure voorbehouden aan sociale werkplaatsen en aan ondernemers die maatschappelijke en professionele integratie van gehandicapten of kansarmen tot hoofddoel hebben. Ten minste 30% van de werknemers van deze werkplaatsen of ondernemingen zijn gehandicapte of kansarme werknemers.
