De Aanbestedende dienst is voornemens een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor 4 jaar met een Leverancier voor het leveren van Klein Sport- en Spelartikelen t.b.v. sportlocaties van CLAS, CLSK, CZSK en KMAR. De artikelen dienen geleverd te worden op ongeveer 60 locaties in Nederland en incidenteel Duitsland. De aanvragen zullen plaatsvinden via SAP ARIBA, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van een punch-out systeem met een webwinkelsysteem van de Opdrachtnemer. De hierbij gebruikte procedure is de openbare procedure uit de Aanbestedingswet 2012 (AW). De procedure verloopt volledig elektronisch via het online aanbestedingsplatform Mercell Source-to-Contract (Mercell). Nadere informatie over het gebruik van Mercell leest u hier. De Aanbestedende dienst organiseert een inlichtingenbijeenkomst. Tijdens deze bijeenkomst wordt een toelichting gegeven op de opdracht en de procedure van de aanbesteding.
