De boeksorteer-machine dient te passen in de daarvoor benoemde ruimtes op de verschillende verdiepingen. De collectie betreft 120 000 items waaronder: boeken, dvd's, cd's, blu-ray discs, cd-roms, tijdschriften en allerhande materiaal met bijlagen. In totaal zijn er jaarlijks circa 700 000 uitleningen. Daarnaast moet het systeem aangesloten worden op en aangestuurd worden door de automatisering die wordt beheerd door BISC (Bicat [Wise]) en kunnen communiceren via het SIP2-protocol.De Inschrijver dient een onderhoudsovereenkomst of Service Level Agreement (SLA) bij te sluiten voor een periode van 5 jaar, waarbij storingen conform vastgelegde afspraken kunnen worden opgelost. Een eerste aanzet voor de SLA is gegeven. Partijen kunnen met behoud van de gegeven randvoorwaarden de SLA zo vormgeven dat deze past binnen de eigen onderhoudsorganisatie.Awards
