Deze Opdracht werd gegund aan de Inschrijvers die de economisch meest voordelige Inschrijving, zijnde de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding hebben uitgebracht om te komen tot deze vier (4) Rentmeesters/Grondverwervers. Door middel van deze aanbesteding wenste Provincie Gelderland op een flexibele wijze de werkzaamheden inzake het verrichten van aan- en verkooptransacties op basis van vrijwilligheid en voor complexe transacties, waaronder transacties op onteigeningsbasis binnen de afdeling Gebiedsontwikkeling en Uitvoering gedurende twee (2) tot maximaal vier (4) jaar door middel van Nadere opdrachten in te vullen. De Opdracht werd niet verdeeld in Percelen, echter om technische redenen in Mercell wel vermeld onder twee (2) percelen, te weten "Perceel 1" en "Perceel 1 Kopie". Deze twee percelen waren identiek. De gegunde vier (4) Rentmeesters/Grondverwervers kwamen voort uit deze twee percelen tesamen.Awards
