Een ander doel van het project is dat inwoners vanuit de Participatiewet via dit project een betaalde baan krijgen. Hiermee is al een start gemaakt tijdens het project met energiecoaches in 2021-2022, met dit project geven we hier een vervolg aan en wordt gebruik gemaakt van de bevindingen uit het eerdere project.Awards
