Binnen deze aanbesteding wordt een leverancier gecontracteerd die de daarvoor benodigde energie gaat afnemen bij AVI-Twente bv Hiervoor is een power purchase agreement (PPA) opgesteld waar de leverancier zich aan moet conformeren.
