Deze methode dient toegepast en geillustreerd te worden voor NRM West voor het basisjaar 2010 of 2014, afhankelijk van de keuze die de opdrachtgever daarvoor zal maken. Die keuze is afhankelijk van de voortgang in het project actualisatie basisjaar 2014.Het doel van het project is te komen tot een verbetering van de modellering van verkeer en het opstellen van verkeersprognoses zodanig dat het realiteitsgehalte van voorspelde reistijden, filelocaties en zwaarte van files verbetert -- rekening houdend met de samenhang met het OWN vooral in de omgeving van stedelijk gebied.Awards
