De tool is bedoeld om inzicht te bieden aan zowel inwoners als medewerkers op verschillende niveaus. De klantregisseurs hebben de taak om inwoners vanuit de participatiewet te helpen om mee te doen naar vermogen in de samenleving. Met behulp van de tool dienen klantregisseurs gemakkelijker inzicht te krijgen in hoe zij de inwoners hierbij het beste kunnen helpen en kunnen hen vervolgens ondersteunen in de richting werk en/of een andere vorm van participatie. Hiervoor is een diagnose van de inwoner van belang. Voor coordinatoren is het van belang om inzicht te hebben in de caseload van de klantregisseurs om de effectiviteit van onze dienstverlening inzichtelijk te maken. Voor het management is het van belang om middels de inzichten uit de tool via een managementrapportage verantwoording af te kunnen leggen. -Awards
