Doelstelling van het project is het reviseren van een gedeelte van de database PVS in de periode 2016 (start contract, levering mogelijk in 2017) tot en met 2019 met een optioneel deel in 2020 volgens de aan de in het vervolg van dit document omschreven eisen, waarbij: a. de fysieke aanwezigheid in de gevarenzone A1 is uitgesloten en voor de nabijheidzones B en C zo minimaal mogelijk is; b. de ,,spoor-onttrekking" zo minimaal mogelijk is.
