De renovatie van de gebouwen aan de Padualaan 99 en 101 vormen, na de Heidelberglaan 7, het tweede en daarmee laatste renovatieproject. Voor deze renovatie wordt momenteel een inpassingsstudie uitgevoerd. In principe worden de instituten ISW, IVR en IVV op Padualaan 101 ondergebracht. Naast de instituten komen er ook HU diensten in het Bestuur en staf, SBV, SZ en O&O. In Padualaan 99 zijn de instituten IGO en IED voorzien. Met daarbij de HUB, de Bibliotheek van de Hogeschool Utrecht. Voor dit project wordt door de architect waarmee de Hogeschool Utrecht samenwerkt (JHK architecten) een schetsontwerp gemaakt (SO). Dit SO zal in een Design & Build-traject door een aannemer verder moeten worden uitgewerkt en gerealiseerd. Vanwege bovenstaande behoefte, is Hogeschool Utrecht voornemens een ,,overeenkomst voor werken" te sluiten met 1 opdrachtnemer voor de opdracht: Design & Build - renovatie Padualaan 99 en 101.Awards
