Beide schoolbesturen zien de nieuwbouw als samenwonen onder een dak, waarbij ze graag willen samenwerken als het gaat om het gebouw en de faciliteiten. Naast de scholen zal kinderopvangorganisatie Chapeau met vier dagopvanggroepen en drie buitenschoolse opvanggroepen deelnemen in het nieuwe geheel. Tevens zal er in het IKC een gymzaal komen. De bestaande school van OBS jan Harmenshof aan de Koninginnelaan 4 in Geldermalsen wordt gesloopt voor de nieuwbouw op deze locatie. De nieuwbouw van circa 2.820 m2 BVO voor de scholen, kinderopvang van circa 590 m2 BVO en gymzaal van circa 500 m2 BVO Totaal 3.910 m2 BVO en biedt huisvesting aan: * 248 leerlingen van de Jan Harmenshof; * 191 leerlingen van de Oranje Nassauschool; * 2 babygroepen 0-2 jaar oud Chapeau Kinderwerk; * 2 peutergroepen 2-4 jaar oud Chapeau Kinderwerk; * 3 BSO groepen 4-12 jaar oud Chapeau Kinderwerk. * 1 gymzaal voor de gemeente West Betuwe.Awards
