De levering van de HVO 100 diesel in bulk vindt plaats op een 3-tal locaties in De Fryske Marren: -- De gemeentewerf in Joure, -- De gemeentewerf in Lemmer, -- De veerpont in Langweer. De hoeveelheid af te nemen HVO 100 diesel wordt geschat op 350 000 liter per jaar. Deze aanbesteding zal uitsluitend en geheel digitaal online plaatsvinden met behulp van het Negometrix platform. De aanbesteding vindt plaats volgens de Europese openbare procedure conform hoofdstuk 2.26 van de Aanbestedingswet.
