In de installatieoverzichten worden per gebouw de te onderhouden installaties vermeld.De openbare Europese aanbesteding voor onderhoudsdienstverlening bestaat uit twee percelen.Marktpartijen mogen op beide percelen inschrijven, maar kunnen hoogstens een perceel toegewezen krijgen.De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor de periode van 1.1.2012 tot en met 31.12.2013. Wanneer er overeenstemming is over de indexering en er geen aanleiding is de overeenkomst tussentijds te ontbinden overeenkomstig de bepalingen in artikel 16 van de conceptovereenkomst wordt de overeenkomst met 2 jaar verlengd tot 31.12.2015.Als optie geldt nogmaals een verlenging van de overeenkomst met twee jaar onder gelijke voorwaarden als hiervoor omschreven.Awards
