In dat kader is afgesproken om vanaf het schooljaar 2024-25 te starten met een pilot onderwijstijd in het voortgezet onderwijs (vo) van twee jaar. Deelnemende scholen krijgen begeleiding om een bij hun school passende aanpak uit te werken en uit te voeren. Deze opdracht richt zich op het begeleiden van deze deelnemende scholen. De opdrachtgever voor deze toekomstige aanbesteding is het ministerie van Onderwijs, Cultuur en Wetenschap (OCW). De pilot onderwijstijd vo is een initiatief van het ministerie van OCW, de onderwijsbonden en de VO-raad. Met de pilot willen we scholen in het vo ondersteunen bij het bewust en op een verantwoorde manier anders inrichten van onderwijstijd. Door het aanbieden van minder lesuren krijgen scholen en leraren meer ruimte voor ontwikkeltijd en voorbereidingstijd, met als doel dat hierdoor de kwaliteit van de lessen toeneemt en de werkdruk van leraren afneemt. Deze aanbesteding ziet op het begeleiden van zo'n 150 scholen in het vo bij het anders inrichten van onderwijstijd.Awards
