Het betreft hier een raamovereenkomst voor de totale dienstverlening met betrekking tot audiovisuele middelen in een vergaderzaal, overlegruimte of andere ruimte waar wordt samengewerkt. Het gaat hier niet om de inrichting van individuele werkplekken waar medewerkers zelfstandig aan het werk gaan. Onder audiovisuele middelen wordt verstaan: beeldschermen, projectoren, beamers, audio- en videoapparatuur, luidsprekers, microfoons, camera's, tablets of andere devices voor aansturing van de apparatuur in de ruimte, noodzakelijk hardware voor montage (zoals een kleine of grote trolley) en verder alles wat nodig is om optimaal gebruik te kunnen maken van de apparatuur in de ruimte.Awards
