Veiligheidsregio Utrecht (VRU), Veiligheidsregio Gooi- en Vechtstreek (VRGV) en Veiligheidsregio Flevoland (VRF) participeren samen in deze aanbesteding. Zij zijn tezamen Opdrachtgever. VRU en VRGV participeren in de percelen bluskleding en schoeisel. VRF participeert louter in perceel 2 (schoeisel). Bij beide percelen zijn vrijblijvende opties ingebouwd.
