Bij deze aanbesteding wordt samengewerkt tussen de gemeenten Nijmegen, Beuningen, Druten, Millingen aan de Rijn, Groesbeek en Ubbergen. De samenwerking vindt mede zijn basis vanuit de achtergrond dat deze gemeenten aangesloten zijn bij Sociale Werkvoorziening Breed die bij de uitvoering van de opdracht een belangrijke rol zal vervullen. De mogelijkheid bestaat dat de opdracht voor gemeente Heumen later wordt toegevoegd. Deze aanbesteding geldt voor alle genoemde gemeenten, waarmee afzonderlijke overeenkomsten worden afgesloten. Hierdoor kan het voorkomen dat er in de uitvoering van de overeenkomsten onderlinge verschillen mogelijk zijn. Denk hierbij aan verschil in mate van schoonmaak (resultaatgericht dan wel prestatiegericht).In het gunningsdocument zal dit verder zijn uitgewerkt.
